How an order reaches you
Who carries the parcel, how long it travels, what it costs and how you pay, before you order.
01 Delivery
The parcel, the time and the delivery cost
Delivery takes about 2 working days.
Delivery costs 590 RSD and is added to the order total.
You can also collect the order in person at the Honey Garden, Dunavski kej 46: free of charge, once we email you that the order is ready.
02 From the order to your door
What happens after you click

The confirmation arrives by e-mail
Right after the order an e-mail arrives with the items, the total and a link to the order.

We pack and send
When the order goes to the courier, an e-mail arrives. When you pay by card, only then is the amount charged that was reserved at the time of the order.

It arrives at your address
Delivery takes about 2 working days. Check the parcel in front of the courier when you receive it.

If something is wrong
Get in touch straight away, with the order number. Withdrawal, returns and complaints are set out in the terms of purchase.
03 Payment
How you pay
- By card On ChipCard’s secure page. For goods the amount is reserved at the time of the order and charged when the parcel leaves; tickets are charged straight away.
- Cash on delivery In cash to the courier when the parcel arrives, or at the garden when you collect the order yourself.
Card payments are processed by ChipCard a.d. Belgrade
04 Tickets and returns
What does not travel and what goes back
Tickets for the api chamber are not sent anywhere: we arrange the session with you by e-mail after the purchase.
You can withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Honey, propolis and perga in an opened pack cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
The cost of sending goods back is paid by the buyer.
