02 Copyright

The photographs come from this garden

Every photograph on the site was taken in the Honey Garden, at programmes and evenings that really happened. The texts were written for this site.

The photographs, the texts, the mark and the names BeeCenter and Honey Garden are copyright work and belong to us, or to the authors we work with. The same goes for MadMed, the family honey label.

The logos and names of our partners belong to their owners and appear on the site as a mark of work done together.

03 Using the content

What you may do with this content

The site is public and it is here to be read and shared. Below is what is free to do, and what you ask us about first.

  1. Linking is free

You may link to any page of this site wherever you like, without asking.

  2. Quote with a source

You may quote a short passage if you name BeeCenter and link to the page you took it from.

  3. Photographs by arrangement

Ask us before you download and publish photographs from the site. We answer enquiries.

  4. No commercial use

Content from the site does not go into advertising, onto products or onto other sites without our written consent.

  5. Crawlers and language models

We deliberately let search engines and language models read the site. We ask the same of them as of people: name the source.

04 Responsibility

The content changes, ask before you come

We write the content carefully and correct it as soon as we see that something is out of date or wrong. We cannot guarantee that every detail is complete and correct at every moment.

Programmes and dates change. What applies to your visit is confirmed in writing before you come, and that exchange counts for more than the page on the site.

The site links out to pages that are not ours, for example to social networks or to the platform the experience is sold through. We are not responsible for their content or their rules.

What the site says about bee products and about apitherapy describes an experience. It is not medical advice and it does not replace a doctor.

05 Bookings and cancellations

A booking exists once we confirm it

There is no booking system on the site for now. Every date is arranged individually, through the enquiry form and the exchange that follows it.

A sent enquiry is not a booking. A date holds only once we confirm it, with the day, the hour and the number of people.

If your plans change, write to us and we will look for a new date. If something changes on our side, we write first. Cancellation terms are agreed for each date separately, in the same exchange.

The experience is also sold through Airbnb Experiences. When you book there, that platform’s rules apply, including its cancellation rules.

The order is sent from the Checkout page, once you accept these terms. A confirmation with the items, the prices and the total arrives at the e-mail you entered. When you pay by card, the order counts as received only once the bank approves the payment.

Prices are in dinars and stand beside every product. You see the total, with delivery where it is charged, at checkout before you send the order. The seller is registered for VAT. VAT is included in every price shown.

Payment: by card, cash on delivery.

When you pay by card for goods that are sent, the amount is reserved on the card account at the time of the order and charged when the parcel leaves. If we cancel the order before sending it, the reservation is released. Tickets are charged straight away. Money for a card purchase is refunded only to the same card.

Delivery takes about 2 working days.

Delivery costs 590 RSD and is added to the order total.

You can also collect the order in person at the Honey Garden, Dunavski kej 46: free of charge, once we email you that the order is ready.

You can withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of the day the goods were handed to you, without giving a reason. It is enough to tell us in writing, through the contact form or by replying to the confirmation e-mail, with the order number, before the deadline. You can withdraw from buying a ticket within 14 days of the purchase, as long as the session has not been used.

You send the goods back no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing, to Žorža Klemansoa 31D, 11000 Beograd, addressed to BEECENTER API KOMORA. We refund the money no later than 14 days after receiving your statement, by the same means you paid, and we may hold the refund until the goods arrive back or you send proof that they were sent. The cost of sending goods back is paid by the buyer.

Honey, propolis, perga and honey cakes are food in a sealed pack, so for hygiene reasons they cannot be returned once the pack has been opened. Other goods are returned unused.

If a product is not as it should be, for example it arrived damaged, it is the wrong one or it is past its date, you make a complaint through the contact form or by replying to the confirmation e-mail, with the order number. We answer a complaint in writing no later than 8 days after receiving it, with a proposal for resolving it. A parcel that arrives visibly damaged is best opened in front of the courier and reported straight away, with a photograph.

07 Changes to these terms

These terms change when the site changes

We add to these terms when the site gains something new. An order is governed by the terms that stood on this page when it was sent.

The version that stands on this page at the time of your visit is the one that applies.

If something here is unclear, or you think something is not right, write to us and we will answer.
